Bio

Tennille Shipwash rejoined Katzman Garfinkel in 2014 as a Senior Associate in the firm’s collection and foreclosure department.  Ms. Shipwash was previously with Katzman Garfinkel until 2010 when she left to join Greenspoon Marder’s Banking & Finance Litigation practice group where she focused on real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation. Tennille is proud to return to the firm that she knows is committed to community association representation.

Ms. Shipwash earned her law degree in 2002 and continued her legal education to earn a Master s in Law degree (LL.M) degree from St. John University in New York. She co-authored The Bench Brief for the 11th Annual Conrad B. Duberstein Moot Court Competition in New York City. Ms. Shipwash is a member of the Florida Bar, Georgia Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern District of Florida.
